How To Get Rid Of Belly Fat

Having a belly fat can be a sign of an unhealthy lifestyle and make look less attractive. But, do not worry there are several ways to get rid of belly fat. Want to get a flat stomach and persist for a long time? No need to the operating room for liposuction. Just do seven things on a regular basis, and you will see the difference in a short time. Here are the tips:


Reduce Consumption of Junk Food
Avoid consumption of foods high in calories but low in nutrients zero (junk food) in everyday life. Reduce also processed foods and sugary high. Food is the biggest enemy for a sexy and flat stomach, it also causes a variety of serious diseases such as diabetes and hypertension.

Fulfill Nutritional Adequacy
Eat more protein, fiber and healthy fats. Increase consumption of lean meats, vegetables, fruits and nuts.

Get enough sleep
Make sure you get enough sleep, for 6-8 hours each night. Sleep less than six hours will make unbalanced hormones and tend to transform you into fat storage hormone. Dream to have a flat stomach would be difficult to achieve.

Avoid Stress
Meditation and other methods of relieving stress (exercise, yoga, relaxation) will make the level of cortisol (stress hormone) under control. When a hormone that causes stress is reduced, the desire to consume unhealthy foods can also be minimized (stress tends to make people want to eat too much) so as to prevent weight gain adds up, and bloated stomach

Drink Lots of Water
Drink plenty of water, at least two liters a day. Water needs can be more intense if you move or are sick. Lack of drinking water will make the body more difficult to burn fat effectively.

Make Body More Active
Do not rely on physical activity just by training in the gym. Physical exercise performed on average only 1-2 hours, while you have 24 hours per day and a total of 168 hours per week. Use the free time as possible to move around rather than sit back while watching TV and eating snacks. Plan roads with my friends, out to lunch, taking the stairs instead of the elevator or parking cars at a distance from the office.

Do strength exercises
Perform strength exercises at least three days a week. This exercise will help speed up your metabolism and burn calories, even when you are resting on the sidelines of physical activity. Strength training consists of several types of exercises that strengthen muscle function such as crunches, lifting weights, TRX, push-ups and so on. Do it for 10-20 minutes per session with high intensity.

Many Do Cardio exercises
If you are strengthening the muscles with weight training, then the next could accelerate the process of burning fat with cardio exercises. Running or aerobics helps burn excess calories if balanced by limiting bad fats consumed, as revealed by researchers at Duke University.

Stop Drinking Diet Soda
10-year study conducted by the University of Texas found people who regularly drink diet soda actually fatten more quickly than those who do not drink. This is due to artificial sweeteners in soda, creating, bloated stomach faster and make it easier to come hungry. Replace these drinks with tea, or pure lemon water.
