Natural 7 Day Diet: Loose Your Weight 10 - 17 Pounds

Fat-burning soup recipe
- 3-6 Onions
- 6 pieces of fresh tomatoes
- 1 cauliflower
- 2 pieces of green paprika
- Broth / water

How to make 7 days diet fat-burning soup
Cut the vegetables into small pieces and add the water or broth, boiled for 10 minutes or until soft.

Note: 
1. Eat this soup whenever you feel hungry as much as you want, and every moment of the day. This soup will not add calories in your body. If you want to burn more fat, you can eat this soup in larger number. Natural 7 days diet plans

Day 1
Eat all kinds of fruit except bananas, watermelon as an alternative to having a low content of calories compared to other fruits. Eat only fat-burning soup and fruits throughout the first day. For drinks, you may consume tea without sugar, cranberry juice and water.

Day 2

Day 3
