The heart is a vital organ, the main function of the heart is to pump blood throughout the body. If the performance of the heart is interrupted, then the blood supply to the entire body to be hampered. As we get older, the heart's performance will also be decreased. To prevent these conditions, we need to keep our heart health. Many ways that we can do to maintain a healthy heart, ranging from a healthy lifestyle, exercising regularly, and eating foods that are good for heart health.
