Water soluble vitamins are divide into 2 groups that is vitamin B and C. Water soluble vitamins seldom cause poisoning, because easily excreted by the kidneys. This water-soluble vitamins are stored only in small amounts it will soon disappear with the flow of food. When the body digest food vitamins are released into the bloodstream and flow to all parts of our body after water-soluble vitamin is flowing then he will be excreted through urine. And so on, and therefore the benefits of water-soluble vitamins are very important for the body.
